I decided to colour this old sketch of an emo girl as a kind of palate cleanser. I've been stuck on another image for a long time and wanted to paint something 'quickly' for a change. I had intended to complete it over the course of one Sunday but ended up taking about a week due to a mix of very hot weather, bad sleep patterns and my usual laziness! Now back to painting scales...
